Nightly apartment bookings use the same rates, availability and policies as hotel rooms. Monthly stays use a fixed monthly price and their own deposit, notice and cancellation rules, so hotel-night rules never apply to a monthly guest by mistake.
Payments
At booking the guest pays the first month and the security deposit. Deposits are held and returned after check-out within the time you set. All amounts are calculated on the server.
Long and yearly stays
Set the longest stay that can be booked instantly. Anything longer — including yearly contracts — arrives as a request, so your team can agree terms before confirming.
